Teaching
I currently teach philosophy at Biola University, a private non-denominational Christian liberal arts college in La Mirada, California. Previously, from 2007 to 2015, I taught philosophy and theology at Greenville University, a private liberal arts college in the Free Methodist tradition in Greenville, Illinois. I have loved my time in the university classroom, but by far the most rewarding teaching I have done has been in the prison classroom. Starting in 2010, I founded and taught in the Greenville University Prison Program, a credit-granting college-in-prison in a medium security federal prison in Greenville, Illinois.Â
